Clients previously relied on third-party websites for management, which lacked the flexibility to effectively support their services. To align with the newly launched app, a custom backend management system was designed to meet their specific operational requirements.

The new system centralizes essential functions such as order management, scheduling, notifications, and user profiles, providing a more efficient and integrated solution.This design ensures scalability and adaptability, enabling clients to better manage their services and support future growth.

We analyzed similar booking applications, including Yelp, Uber, and Google Maps, to understand their streamlined workflows and best practices.

Drawing inspiration from these platforms, we simplified the registration process and introduced an AI-powered recommendation service, enabling users to complete bookings with just one click.
